They also have more pressure than younger generations due to the exposure and pressure they feel over social media, and are feeling the drawbacks of living their lives mostly from behind a screen, without developing the ability to communicate and enjoy real social interactions.   They are plagued with chronic stress. Suffer from mental and mood disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, chronic stress, loneliness and depression. The Teen Warrior Summit's purpose is to help teens find their true power so that they can thrive in life.
