Designer Life Blueprint

A transformative 12 week teen course focused on providing youth with the life tools to develop a deep understanding of themselves and the world around them.

 

To overcome personal and life challenges and to build on their talents and strengths so that they can create a life plan they truly desire.

The Road to Self Discovery Starts Here!

This 12 week course is packed with powerful tools designed to transform your teens life. It will consist of a 2 hour zoom meeting every Monday. Weekly challenges and mid week check ins through discord or telegram service. 

Each week, we introduce new tools and techniques to help question, respond and practice living a new and more confident self. Tools include unpacking fears, questioning limiting beliefs, noticing habitual behaviors and adapting better coping and self care tools.  

Additionally, teens are presented with weekly challenges, to facilitate a deeper exploration of their inner worlds through self-inquiry. During the course, there is time built in for sharing and reflection. 

YOUR 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

Although each week has a specific focus, there’s space and flexibility around  each topic so that  teens can  focus on an aspect which is relevant in their own lives.

Month 1

01

Learning Neuroscience, biology & the teenage brain.
"Understand your thoughts & actions."

Developing self awareness. This week is all about self discovery & mindset

We will be examining our beliefs, thoughts, actions & practicing the law of manifestation.

Create a life plan.
This week is all about future visioning.

Month 2

Relationships. Learning what your values and standards are. Setting boundaries.

Learning effective communication skills. Self Advocacy.

We will be examining our beliefs, thoughts, actions & practicing the law of manifestation.

Learning the importance of nutrition, exercise and meditation (breathing techniques and practices)for focus, stability and inner peace.

Purpose and passion. Learning what you love and are good at.

Career development. Goal planning, accountability and resilience training.

Money management. How to use gratitude and the law of manifestation to attract what you want.

Leadership and debate class. Students will gether be given scenarios and work together to debate their findings

Each week the topic of focus builds upon the last, building the skills and strategies necessary for self- transformation. In addition to each weekly class, every teen is accountable for a short weekly (text) check in and group progress report.

Course Tuition

The course tuition is normally $1693.00 but during Black Friday it's $847.00
  • Included: 2 hour weekly group sessions, text check-ins, resources, downloads via email, discord or telegraph server.

You can choose to include 4 - 1 on 1 hour personalized coaching sessions for your teen for $1900.00 - Now $950
  • Included: 2 hour weekly group sessions, text check-ins, resources, downloads via email, discord or telegraph server. Plus 4 - I hour private coaching sessions.

We suggest that you talk to your teen and show them this web site.  Show them the program outline.  Ask them to consider their life now and if this is something they see as beneficial. Then ask,  if they wish to participate. The only way this program works is if the teen wants to be a part of the partnership process and is interested in taking action for themselves.  If the teen says yes, parents should book a consultation first. Then the teen should fill out the course application on their own.
